Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oil (canola or coconut)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on large baking sheet. Bake about 1 1/2 hrs stirring occasionally.
